Нижняя опора скольжение на гребне (Low brace bongo slide)
✅ Low brace bongo slide Skills - the foundations Mastering the 'bongo slide' is the key to being comfortable in the surf environment. Knowing that if a wave pushes you in sideways you can stay upright and in control. Learning Bongo sliding is when you are pushed towards the beach sideways. The static water infront of the wave builds up and slows down the beach side of the kayak making it flip towards the beach. To stop this happening you need to lift your beach knee and edge the kayak so that the water flows under the hull. Your paddle should be set up on the side of the wave in the low brace position to give you the support you need to lift the beach knee. The low brace position is a static position with a flat blade extended out at close to 90 degrees. If you push the paddle down and move it lower it loses its efficiency. Instead, you need to think about stopping the paddle being pushed up as you go further over. You may need to stay in position for quite some time until the wave loses its energy. The blade gives you support even when it is placed inside the wave so don't feel like you need to get it on top of the wave. You can use this on monster waves! A common error is to commit to the blade or have it pointing down when the wave hits you. The initial hit from the wave can knock the kayak towards the beach and capsize you towards the wave so keep in balance and have the blade out parallel to the water above the surface as the wave approaches. Exercise It is important to find a surf environment where you can slowly increase the size of the wave that hits you on the side. You should increase the size as you become more comfortable with the technique. Don't worry if you capsize and take a swim. that is all part of the learning. Move on when... You are ready to move on when you are comfortable with a wave big enough to move you sideways hitting you on the side. Make sure you can handle waves on both sides and that you have an effective brace on both sides. @Baskitravel ℹ️Видео с ресурса OSK https://www.onlineseakayaking.com/ Смотрите через Яндекс браузер с Алисой
