At the factory of the «Astek-MT» GC, special attention is paid to the packaging of aluminium profiles. The profile supplied to the client undergoes quality control: the accuracy of the profile dimensions, strength parameters, and visual analysis of the surface to avoid non-compliance with the requirements of the customer. KRAUSS aluminium profile systems are pasted over with a proprietary film that protects the surface. Next, the profile enters the semi-automatic orbital packaging machine, which packs two film strips at the same time. Strengthening with a wooden crate provides additional protection during transportation. All products are packed in accordance with GOST 9.510-93 and customer requirements. After the profile passes the stage of careful packaging, the automatic manipulator moves the pallet to the place of shipment, where it is delivered to the addressed cells of the warehouse with the help of a loader. The workshop allows packing up to 100 tons of products daily.
