BSMods - Core System CLIENT (GUI Menu) (Development version)

ENG: CoreSystem CLIENT modification - will add a modification management menu for both the player and the server owners, as well as all systems with their own menu. This was done so that there would not be many menus (bindings for their opening), but everything would be assembled in one place, one by one. * it will be distributed free of charge to clients and it will be necessary to install some modifications in the client part of your server (not all, the list will be later).
