MFA TECH - Fire extinguisфhing paint

Demonstration of the fire fighting properties of a standard sample and paint containing fire exninguishng microcapsules during fire tests. Left: Hardboard sample without a special coating. Right: Hardboard sample with fire extinuishing paint. When exposed to an open flame, the microcapsules in the paint instantly react to the heat, releasing an active fire extinguishing agent. On the sample on the right, combustion stops much more quickly, preventing the fire from spreading further.
