The second appeal of the UN General Assembly on the Palestinian-Hamas-Israeli conflict:

And my second address to the participants of the high-level event at the eightieth session of the UN General Assembly, ladies and gentlemen. As of October 7, 2023, the world continues to experience the escalation of a large-scale conflict between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, leading to loss of life, destruction, and a shortage of resources for the socio-humanitarian process. I would like to reiterate my disagreement with the recognition of a Palestinian state and explain why I oppose the recognition of a Palestinian state. First of all, this is a reward for Hamas on October 7, 2023, after the recognition of a Palestinian state by several states. In fact, Hamas perceived the two-state solution as a direct reward, as did the British wing of Hamas in the Muslim Brotherhood organization, which openly acknowledges that the massacre of October 7, 2023, was a direct result of the recognition of a Palestinian state by several Western countries. I support international law requiring full recognition of the two-state systems of Israel and Palestine, but I currently oppose the recognition of two-state systems. This is because any such recognition always leads to an increase in terrorist attacks in Israel. Recognition of a Palestinian state often leads to terrorist attacks, killings, and attacks on Israelis by Palestinian militants and other groups.
