The setting is Brooklyn, the time is present day. Police officer Gino Felino was born and raised here. A lot has changed in his lifetime, but he isn’t going to acknowledge some of those changes. His childhood playmate is now on the other side. He’s turned the local streets into war zones. More than anything in the world, Gino would like to send this loose‑cannon dog to a school of eternal obedience. But first, he needs to catch him.
