After-overhaul test of a Russian type MSL-3 (МСЛ-3-2С) anti-collision beacon with matching music

A pretty pointless video on running the Russian MSL-3 (МСЛ-3-2С) anti-collision beacon after a full dissasembly and cleaning. Unit after assemply received two brand new 70W incandescent lamps, which puts out a stunning amount of light. Phone had hard times compensating for exposure :)
