[Arknights] Роса(Rosa) Showcase #1 - The Crowd Control Team (feat. S3 in SV-4 Challenge Mode)

Challenge Mode Condition: All enemies' movement speed increased. Her S3 is a really good crowd control tool, at M2 it can bind 4 enemies, it also becomes 8 seconds instead of 7 seconds at M3 while costing only 30 sp per cast.
