Meanwhile, our Plastic Injection Molding Unit provides the covers for all DMTech detectors and buttons, and all panels enclosed in plastic boxes. The department is equipped with automatic injection molding machines and a servo robotics handler for more accurate high-volume production. 🚀 Technology is central to DMTech’s technological innovation and manufacturing precision. 💡 All electronic components are carefully mounted and soldered before final product assembly. 🎛️ In the Surface-Mount Device (SMD) Department, all small components are machine mounted under the supervision of DMTech engineers. DMTech has two automatic mounting lines for mounting miniaturized electronics on high-density layouts which ensures large production capabilities while maintaining the same high-quality for every component. On the production line ⚙️, our skilled and experienced specialists manually solder larger electronic components before all electronic and non-electronic components are handpicked and manually assembled. 🔬 Each product is carefully tested by our specialists to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EU fire product certification standards. 📦 All products that pass testing and comply with the EU product quality requirements are laser-labeled and packaged according to DMTech’s packaging and logistics standards, and then stored in our warehouse before shipping.
