Мы с другом мигали друг другу в ночи — / My friend and I blinked our lights at night — Три раза светом: «Не спишь? Не молчи». / Three flashes: "You awake? Say something." Азбуку Морзе учили вдвоём, / We learned Morse code together, Чтоб говорить сквозь двор и бетон. / To talk through the yard and the concrete. Девятый этаж — я снова мигаю, / Ninth floor — I'm blinking again, Девятый этаж — никто не отвечает. / Ninth floor — nobody answers. Окно напротив пустое с весны, / The window across has been empty since spring, Девятый этаж посреди тишины. / Ninth floor in the middle of silence. Он пишет оттуда, где вечно тепло, / He writes from somewhere it's always warm, Где море и пальмы, и всё так светло. / With the sea and palm trees, everything bright. А я всё на том же девятом живу / And I still live on the same ninth floor, И света в окне напротив жду. / Waiting for a light in the window across. Я гашу свет и включаю опять — / I switch the light off and on again — Может, и ты разучился спать. / Maybe you've forgotten how to sleep too. — CREDITS — Voice & lyrics: Bohdan Fishbein Production: AI-assisted (Suno).
